Hey #1, thanx for your visit and comment and your concern. It means alot to me. Sleeping outside once or twice a week in the backyard won't kill me...in fact it will make me stronger and accustomed to severe weather. I grew up in Fargo North Dakota where normal winters are -40 C and blizzards are a regular occurances. I just don't want to be "surprised" by any sever weather I might experience at the summits
