Collidonthus: An Alternative to Tata’s $2,000 Car?
"The Collidonthus is a life-sized skeleton car created by Indian artist Jitish Kallat. To be honest, we’ve no idea what the artist wanted to evoke with his distressing creation, but we couldn’t help not associating it with Ratan Tata’s $2,000 Nano car"…

!!!!!
Strange are the ways of the human mind!
How does one associate this 'monstrosity' with the Nano???
What in this bizarre creation is reminiscent of the Nano, might I ask?

Apart from the fact Tatas might be paying media houses tons of money to recite their name and Nano again and again, I don't think there is any relation.

The Nano which I may presume will be a huge hit and flood the roads of India - well there is a visible correlation with that skeleton car. The pollution level will jump up many folds devastating our already threatened environment and being a bare basic car without any safety features it will be no better than a death-cage!

Shamik

IMHO
it would be much safer for a family of 4-5 travelling on a scooter or a motorcycle
and it is supposed to be safer than a maruti 800 even i guess
and how on earth a nano can be related to this stupid creation?

^^Its not a production alternative to Nano ofcourse, but I see it as a statement of sorts about the utter mayhem that Nano is going to create!
