Audi has just released the production details for the most powerful production diesel SUV ever. How does 5.5 seconds to 100 kph sound or for that matter 1000 nm torque at a mere 1750 rpm!

 ...thats enough to restart a dead planet BTW,its not as quick as a Porsche Cayenne to 100kmph.

@hacket.... Cayenne is a turbo petrol! How can you expect the Audi to be faster?

...if I remember correctly,the Merc-Benz Brabus Rocket did produce 1000nm of torque,later limiting it to some 800 odd coz,it would simply destroy the tyres once you stomp the pedal.The Audi q7 weighing at 2.5 tonnes,should'nt be having any trouble putting the power down.@torque,my bad

@hacket... In case of Brabus it was the transmission which was the limiting factor not the tyres, if I remember correctly. If not then I stand corrected.
