Directions: Main market. Take a right into the market, ask for the old circuit house. Just opposite it, you will see this wonderful hotel.

Rate: 300 for ground floor double bedroom. There are more expensive pseud ones for 500 et al.

Dinner: Food is slightly bland, but the serving size is more like XXXL. Decent but a bit slow service.

I guess HPTDC hotel at keylong is at higher altitude of 300-400 feet which might do its bit in acclaimatisation stuff for first timer.Any reviews abt that hotel and food at that place???

^^It is mighty expensive as well, had stayed in their tents in 2005. Will post the review soon.

As far as my info goes Darcha is the highest point amongst Keylong, Jispa & Darcha so if you are planning to get acclimatized quickly, spend a night at manali then at darcha and shoot to leh

Not THAT bad Yogi.

Dorm - 15 beds - Rs 150/- each bed
DBR - 12 rooms - Rs 1000/-
Suite (2 DBRs) - 3 nos. - Rs 1600/-
