No need to take a tent with you, there are tents there which one can rent and I think they cost less than 200 bucks a night.

They are pitched:

Since Tso Moriri is a protected area, you just can not pitch tents anywhere you want. Tents are only allowed to pitched at a specified area which is near the already pitched tents.

I am not 100% sure since I had stayed at a home at Korzok, I think Salil and Dixit had stayed at the tents there.

Similar tents in sumur (nubra valley) were available for 250 bucks. So its possible that they may be available at 200 bucks.

How much time it takes to reach korzok from upshi

Around 7 hours at normal pace without too many breaks.

so it is approx 200 kms or less as i am planning from pangong tso to karzok and say we start earley at about 7.30 or even before then we can plan and how is the road can we do it bit of night driving and any contact adderess of the resort available there
