I have stayed in this hotel twice and both times towards the end of September while coming back from my ladakh rides.

The room I stayed in was a non AC one (ac rooms are available as well), though there was a cooler in the room, which according to me was more than sufficient. Rooms are quite decent and hotel staff is helpful and courteous and add to this food served by them is quite good.

The only draw back is that one has to park their vehicles by the road side as the hotel does not have a dedicated parking lot. Also no rooms are available on the ground floor because the ground floor is used by hotel's resturant.
