I stayed at Hotel Siddharth during my recent trip to Khajuraho.
![]() It is a nice hotel, located directly opposite the Western Group of Temples and one gets really nice view of the temples (Parvati and Visvanatha Temples in particular) from its roof top restaurant. There are two types of rooms available, the one on the ground floor are the budget variety and come with air cooler and geyser and this is where I stayed. ![]() As you can see in the above photograph and video, room is decent sized and has almost all the amenities one would want. The one I stayed in (102), is located right next to the kitchen of I guess either Siddharth or Raja Café and it can get somewhat noisy during the day (but not too much). Apart from that, there is not much to find fault with, as the staff of the hotel is really nice, helpful and courteous and for Rs. 600 a night (which is what I paid in peak season), it does seems like a good deal. For those traveling in their own vehicles, cars can be parked right outside the hotel and motorcycles though parked outside during the day, can be brought inside the veranda at night. Yogesh, you have raised the bar with that video review of hotel.
Sound like a cheap and best place. |
