just one addition- you can go directly from Kargil to Dah/Hanu via Batalik and come out at Khaltse

But are civilians allowed to take that Batalik road? I only know about you and Shamik (he just ventured there and luckily there was not much fuss) who have done it.

Wonderful job..
I had been searching for leh ladakh maps since few days, visited many book stores but could not find any map...

Map covers all the places we had planned for...

Yogesh Bhai, there is no major issue. Only at two places, one needs to make an entry. If you already have the passes/permits for Dah and Hanu, there will be no fuss.
