Is it doable with small Car or only a SUV can do this stretch??

Should be doable at the moment, after rain or in winter it wouldn't be possible.

It was always there, I know a biker from Delhi, who did make it to the top last year on his Enfield. Even in 2005 bikers had made it to the top, it just that, road only used to stay open till the pwd was working on it. Once they used to go away, locals used to block the road as it wasn't approved by the local goddess. Only last year the road received the blessing and now they have stopped blocking it with trees and rocks.
