The best time to visit any National Park for game viewing is from February to May. Yes, I know its extremely hot at most of the parks, but you will give yourself the best chance to spot big game during those months.
Facts ![]() Jim Corbett National Park remains closed from 15th June to 15th November every year. Reason: Monsoon. By road its around 280 kms from Delhi which takes around 7 hours. Delhi - Moradabad - Kashipur - Ramnagar - Corbett By train: Ranikhet Express from Old Delhi railway station to Ramnagar, its departs everynight at 10:40 pm and reaches Ramnagar at 5:00 am. Cheers, Shamik |

And if you are going on a safari tour, make sure you start as soon as it's dawn. This will give you the a better chance of seeing the animals that you would like to.
