Rajasthan Itinerary Needed!

Hi Folks!
This tym it's Rajasthan!!!

Have been to Udaipur and Mt.Abu 2yrs ago, and now it's time for rest!!

I would like to cover Jaipur, Ajmer, Jodhpur, Bikaner, and Jaisalmer..
And i would like to prefer Public transport as a means of traveling..

I guess, cities in rajsathan are arranged in circular manner, at distance of 300kms approx from one adjacent city, so over night trains will be a great option, i guess.
I'm from Mumbai, please suggest me an Itinerary for above-said cities..
Also, from where should i start? From Ajmer to Jodhpur (Anti-Clockwise) or From Jodhpur to Ajmer (Clock wise?) and Approx days i should allot to each city?
