Hopefully all three would be under snow a that time, though Narkanda would be accessible but I don't think Hatu Peak and Jalori Pass would accessible on vehicle at that time.

Treks/hike in snow are good fun, bikes/cars wouldnt reach Hatu/Jalori during that time. You can do a hike from Shoja to Jalori (5 km.) unless Shoja is snowed down as well.

last year on 25thdec, we were not able to reach hatu. In fact we just made ~50mtrs from where the slope starts.

Lucky, what is your poison? What do you trip on?
Are you looking for a pleasant ride or high adventure quotient?

Anup Sir i want a destination for adventorus point, but not of like an off roading destination.

Destination should be calm and soothing as the objective is to go away from daily office work and enjoy completely.

So waiting for your reply........................
