Sorry Sorry sorry.. Got busy in office ( have to really butter up boss so that he grants me the leave during Christmas time when the whole of Onsite office is on leave the itinerary of Prasham looks pretty nice and comfortable..But is Bikaner worth going ? I have heard that once you go to Jaisalmer , Bikaner doesn`t appeal . Further more any idea on budget hotels in these places.. I am deciding to skip Udaipur and Mt Abu for the time being.. That anyways can be covered in shorter leaves.. PS -- My boss is on a two week leave so have not been able to get my leaves approved yet |

Why do you want to retrace your journey via Jodhpur/Ajmer? Bikaner has the impressive Junagarh Fort and Palace, which is well worth it. And once you travel from Bikaner to Delhi, you'll encounter the famed havelis of Shekhawati region, which are renowned as an open air museum! |

@ Himanshu:
There are two routes between Jaiselmer & Delhi. 1) Jaiselmer - Ajmer - Jaipur - Delhi 2) Jaiselmer - Bikaner - Delhi Distance is almost the same maybe the former is a bit longer. So doing it via bikaner would be better IMO.
