Hero Honda is waiting for government approval to amend its license and technical agreement with Honda. Swati Khandelwal reports that Hero has not only managed to hold off a hike in royalty fee but has even managed to convince Honda on charging the fee in dollars and not yen.

yes now we will get either a passion plus Added Positve which will give another 100 cc engine to reach around 90+ kms in 1 ltr fuel .. ! and no gain for the riders but rather a lot for the company as it will be cheap for them to pay their royaly in $s rather than paying it in Yen .. thus the economy will get a benefit as the flow of foreign curreny will increase and the rate for dollar will be effected to a small percentage .. the impact would be more bike in the sub urban areas ..
