Two-wheeler maker TVS Motor Co Ltd announced Wednesday that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Kolkata-based Mahabharat Motors Manufacturing Co Ltd for contract manufacturing.
TVS Motor will provide technical support for the construction of the factory that will come up in Uluberia near Kolkata.
