The first point makes it useless for use in majority of the motorcycles since they have wet clutch i.e. clutch plates are immersed in engine oil and any thing which reduces friction, would eventually result in clutch slippage.

I am using the engine oil plus of 3m as I had told u on telephone know I am bringing it in black and white.
Well the product is acctually very good and nice. The gear shift is very very smooth. Just like a butter

guys , which engine oil would be suitable for Bajaj Avenger 200cc ,especially on a trip to leh and ladakh

Guys is it ok to use 20W50 synthetic oil in my bike when the manufacturer recomends 20w40?

No issue, though the bike might not remain as rev happy and would become even smoother.

You can.... it wont make much of a difference.... the heat tolerance will be better than 20W40.

Its actually better if the bike is intended to get ripped

My CBZ extreme is 5 months old.

please suggest good quality engine oil for my upcoming leh trip....

Hero Honda recommends 4TPlus 10w30.

Is Castrol Extra 20w50 better than that one.....

For Avenger 200 Recmonded Grade is 20W50

You Can use Motul 5100 15w50 Semi Syn or Motul v300FL 15w50 Fully Synthetic. Very good Oil
