Yes, you are right. I checked it. I got reading from .8A to 1.5 A. So HID not for me. One last question is that possible to get desired Amp ratings if I just route the light coil(without any modification) through a high amp Rectifier and feed the battery?

Yes, but with some wire cutting mods, u need to isolate the light coil from the stator body to get the full wave, replacing the rr with a higher capacity one.. and so on. I have converted my P150 to full DC like that. Simply routing the light output through a bridge rectifier wont give you the required results.

There's very little options left for an under warranty machine with every mods.

Ok. Can you please tell me what exactly must I do? I'm ready to cut wires But not ready to make the coils thicker or increase the no. of windings (as heard, this may adversely affect my bike's performance and mileage). Can I connect the present charging coil and light coil in series and then to a APE RR (then straight to battery)? Will I get desirable Current in this way?

Dude, if r ready to cut the wires then what about the warranty? It will go for a toss once u cut. So its better to stay away from all mods.

What you heard is right, you should do the rewinding within a balance that should not affect the performance of the engine, but if you do a decent coil rewinding that wont affect or you wont notice it in terms of FE and the top end.
Re routing is not that easy but not that complex too, but need some trial & error methods as its a new bike. Honda electricals are bit different than others, other bikes got 2 coils one for lighting and the other for batt charging where Honda use a single coil with a smart RR. Its getting splitted within the RR to AC for lighting and DC to batt. If you rewind it too, it may not benefit in AC lighting but it can make a difference in charging. But being a new steed, not sure about it, if u can upload a diagram, it would be more easy to suggest.

This is a pic of Unicorn Stator coil with a single coil

And this is a typical stator coil (Pulsar) which has got 2 coils.

Note:These are from the feed backs of the dare devils who tried to do the same on Uni.

Many thanks for your help Sajan.
I thought the Unicorn got same stator coil as Pulsor. I will get pics on next week when servicing(second service). I got good contacts at showroom. Will study about its electrical and will try to get pic too. Will update you then. Anyway I'm ordering that HID, if I couldn't use it in my dazzler, I got a boxer AR and Matiz. So will try on any of these.
Thanks. I will update soon.

We need a wiring diagram to do some thing as its a new bike and no one started any DIY.

On a car its just a snap on job, but on Boxer u need the other mods like coil re routing and RR swap.

Something that is pending for a long time, and Sajjit and others may use it. This is a manual for Bi xenon that the Delhi seller sriauto is selling:

In the diagrams, you can see how the upper and dipper are combined and joined in series, so that the bulb just jumps up and down.

At the outset this is the first time am seeing such a lousy users manual with poorly laid pictures. Its not at all a user friendly manual and can mislead too. The funniest thing is giving tips how will it sound like when u make a good connection with the connectors.

To be honest, I’ve to refer back where we stopped, I couldn’t follow the diagram much because its crude form of illustration. All I could follow is it’s almost same as any other universal HID kits available now. Its got some extra convertors, harnesses etc. There’s no moving of bulb up and down, its moving back and forth. And it’s obvious to have such a design; else, it won’t give u dual beam due to the focus issues. HID bulb has got 4 wires 2 for the ballast, 2 for the high beam wire. It’s the HB wire from the control box. It’s just a solenoid which pulls back the HID bulb to make it dual beam. If u pulls out from the control box also, the low beam will light up. U can connect it to the stock switch high beam wire to function it. I hope u got the point. I think u must be confused here or the H4 relay portion?. Anyway I couldn’t find anything in series, pls correct me if am wrong.

I am not using the control box supplied along with the kit because of the wire length can’t be accommodated within the fairing instead, I am using directly with the help of 2 relays. Circuit I’ve already posted.

Sajjt, trust me this bulb moves up and down!! Even the mechanics were surprised to see it.

As per the series thing, see the following image:

Now this is the first and the only HID I have put in my life, so can't say whether it is same for all HIDs. Only thing is, you need to short upper and dipper and connect them together to the power source.

Its just using the same power source parallel not in series right? Its for power up both beams at HB and hence the use of diodes. Since u use a bixen HID, once u hit the hB, HID power cuts off, so there wont be any light, the diode takes care of reversing the current at the time of LB mode.

Pls check what I suggested last time, Pull out the HB wire from the HID bulb(Not the thicker 2 wires with diff connector but the thin pair wire mostly it will be red and black), and light up, it should light up the low beam then route the HB wire from the stock switch. That will settle.
