Viewsonic service sucks- period.
Please don't say later that no one warned you.
I have no personal vendetta against them but speak from experiences of good friends.
Dell has been more than prompt and quite consistent with ASS (read- after sales service) for quite some time now.

The E198/SE198 costs 9.4K odd in Mumbai, all incl and has 3 years warranty.
Do check with the retailer if they offer 5 years warranty too- initial stocks had that.
here are some recommended products you may ponder upon-
(Prices are only indicative and as in Mumbai, maybe cheaper in Delhi)
Palit HD450
If buying 9600GT, also take a look at reviews and benchmarks of HD4670/4830.
E7200 if you know how to overclock your chip
You will need a good cpu cooler too.
Else the E8400 is good for those who don't/cant
Maybe the same MSI mobo (i have no idea ow MSI mobos are) or one from the Asus P5Q series
Ideally, P5Q-E
Corsair XMS2 DDR2 800 2x1GB- 1.8K
Or Corsair Twin2X DDR2 800 2x2GB - 3.8K
Cabinet- Zebronics Bijli without psu- 1-1.1K
Or CM Elite 330/331/.../334- 1.6K odd without psu
Corsair VX450 psu with 5 yrs warranty- 3.2-3.5K (way better than CM extreme power 600/650 whatever and also CM has 2-3 yrs warranty on extreme power range)
Monitor- Dell E198WFP/SE198WFP- 9.4K odd
A 22" WS LCD has it own benefits but makes a good gfx card like the HD4850 or higher a kind of necessity for an enjoyable gaming experience.
250GB hdd- 2.2K odd
500GB hdd- 2.8K- 3.3K depending on model
Samsung SH-S223/LG H62
Corsair Voyager GT 4GB pendrive with 10 yrs warranty- 440/- odd (way way faster than Transcend or Kingston)
I do suggest you browse more tech forums and plan out your final config well before you buy the stuff.
All the best.
