My Gmail account has been hacked by someone... Already sent a mail to gmail-abuse@google.com.

Bad News: The hacker has already deleted my orkut account. Dont know what's coming next.

or to monitor activities on an ip.

How did ya resolve the matter???

Nothing much. Just log onto gmail. at the bottom it tells.
"Last account activity: 1 hour ago on this computer. Details" or some IP it will give. Click and it will give you the last five-six IPs. Clean and clear.

Normally whois.ws is good enough else I have a few more resources which I use. Haven't yet found an ip which I can't track.

Darth: I wrote an e-mail at gmail-abuse@google.com and they replied back asking me to fill a form. I provided them the details and they helped me reset my password.

Tau: I got the IP's the way you mentioned.

Yogesh: I already know that the IP is of Airtel broadband but what I need to know is whom it was assigned to on 3rd of August around 4 PM.

(Browser, mobile, POP3, etc.) (Displayed in your time zone)
