Highest Altitude Conquered By a Rider From BCMT
Guyz, I'm just curious to know which is the highest altitude conquered by a rider/gang on bike from BCMT or from any other bikers group that you know of? What is the altitude and who is/are he/she/they? Is it in any kind of record book like Guinness Book Of World Records or Limca Book Of Records?

Actually the funny bit is, a firang holds the guineas book of record for doing Marsimik La, even though he and his 450cc off road motorcycle reached that place after a lot of Indian riders riding Indian bikes had already done it!

Its all about the books..All about 'keeping record'! You haven't done it unless 'they' have seen it!

Re: High Altitude Conquered By a Rider From BCMT
Well, thanx everyone for replying. Asked because next month a team from Kolkata is gonna break all the previous records. They have a target of reaching an altitude of 20000 feet (Don't know where exactly they are going but it's somewhere in Ladakh) and they are in touch with Limca Book of Records and will maintain all sorts of records/documents to make it a World Record. If they can succeed then definitely it's gonna make the Indians more proud
