As for me I have been playing the guitar for the last couple of years and still learning. May be we can have another section here adding to the touring and photography.

Well that's nice to know, Rajnish, but being 'into' music can also mean folk who love to listen to music.
Music, for me, has always been a passion. I'm afraid it predates my passion for travelling in the mountains!

There was an era, in a century gone by, when I used to also play the instrument you mention. The Spanish variant of it.

Currently we have a singer with the band (Kurt), who is a regular at the forum and much of a pride for us, and a guitarist (Ankit Goel) who makes sporadic appearances every now & then! Then there is a member of The Dirty Dozen who is an accomplished guitarist. I shall not even try to recall the name as I am currently sitting with KF!!


So..... what do you have in mind?




Oh, I forgot! IIRC, we also have a gent here who is manager of a band. They'd come and played at Delhi ....?

Sirji, Manu, my younger brother, is an integral member of Band of Delhi College of Engineering... their band is named Lucid Realities & they have performed at DCE, IIT-D, IIFT etc.

Hanu, again my younger brother (elder to Manu) also plays few instruments...

Its not mentioned in these specific words because Manu being the best was the sole PERFORMER.. Hanu used to played Guitar when only three of us were there in Guest house room, about to retire for the day. While Manu entertained all others as well & we had three rounds of very good Guitar/singing sessions

Sirji, Brothers has been mentioned at mulitple locations on the forum.. However BAND is not..

BTW i met most of the band members when I had gone to meet Jithu when he was in mumbai.All of them were drunk then and i didnt know they were so good.
