Need help: Anyone got contacts in Syndicate bank??
Guys, any of you have contacts at senior positions in Syndicate bank that could help me out with a problem?

The pricks working at Noida branch, where my account is, have not been able to make me a bank draft citing reasons such as lack of manpower, too much work and inspections. I have been going there for the last four days and everyday they tell me to come back the next day. Took up this matter with the chief manager there and he refuses to take any responsibility for the staff working there and "cannot help me".

Call up their customer service helpline and report the matter, write a written complaint and hand it to the manager, should be enough to get them to work.

Re: Need help: Anyone got contacts in Syndicate bank??
just write down a complaint and post/email to the Head office or the customer care/relations of the bank.
1. handover its copy to the branch manager
2. forward it to the Reserve bank of India by posting it.
3. if possible also to the banking ombudsman.. its like a regulatory authority for banks (if i am correct)

google the email/postal addresses.

for effective results -
use RTI act.
need any assistance of this Act. call this NGO - PARIVARTAN
Ph: +91-11-22119930, +91-11-20033988 (mobile), +91-11-20507339 (mobile)
E-mail: parivartan@parivartan.com, parivartan_india@rediffmail.com

website - http://www.parivartan.com/home.asp

meanwhile, if its not necassary - why dont you try any other bank?
