This time, I am keeping all my other plans at bay
as I want to decide anything and everything for the trip...
so the Agenda also includes that

after which I'll participate in your Spiti discussions (which is lined up for September) ...After all, who knows - God forbids, if the road from Manali is down, then I'll cover the entire Lahaul-Spiti-Kinnaur circuit then

As far as I know its not allowed to take cameras into the Akshardham campus.

Well the idea of having a meet in Noida is very much welcomed. Sec 18 has some good and inexpensive eating places and we will have malls around if the sun starts to trouble us.

Like mentioned by Eric, photography gear is not allowed inside the Akshardham complex, even mobile phones aren’t allowed. As for clicking the photos by standing on the flyover or road, well it wont do any good unless one has good zoom like S3IS and of course a tripod.

Sector 18 is good for holding a bakar session, but this time around I want to finally plan the Spiti trip, since there has been little if any discussion on this and a meet at Sector 18 would never accomplish that, unless there is a curfew there and we are forced to sit at a place and plan the ride.
