it ENDS on 24th. if like last time bhai log end up in pushkar by 2pm, then what's left?\

by 4pm, the crowd was majorly in exodus mode on last day.

You got me wrong mate! I plan to ride solo to and from Pushkar and would be happy to meet everyone there for a lunch or dinner! I donot intend to join the rest of the gang in any activity in Pushkar apart from what I have mentioned above!
