That shouldnt be an issue. I will have a pillion and wouldnot push it hard with those drum brakes upfront..so join in...we can ride together!

Dude the rear brakes of your RD have a contact patch of less than 10% on the inner walls of the brake drum and you are complaining about the fronts which are still at par with my 1994 Hero Puch.
