BCMTouring’s first multi-state meet will be held in the lake city of Udaipur on the 6th and 7th of March 2010.

Edit: Ok now let’s do one thing, in order to make it easier for people group in, let’s start confirming the date of departure i.e. I would be leaving on the 5th of March and I guess Shamik is leaving on the same days as well, so:

Delhi

Group 1: 4th March early morning departure, Yogesh teaming up with Bhuwan at Jaipur

Delhi Group 2: 5th March early morning departure, Shamik and Nadya, more BCMTians are welcomed to join in.

Delhi Group 3: 6th March early morning departure, Anil Singh

I guess somewhere in central India would mean Madhya Pradesh, I am ok with that too. Lets see what guys from other states have to say.

Btw this one is going to be on a short notice i.e. will have to happen in March, so that it isn't too hot.

MP or somewhere near Nagpur....if rest of the India is coming..

for western India we could meet up in mount abu or udaipur....

Actually thread should be renamed to "All India GTG" or "Western India GTG" since there are seniors like Bharat,Prasham in Gujrat and Pune guys can join us too................................

Do we have three day weekend in March else we could do it in April??We have good friday on April 2 so it should be a long weekend for people having leaves on saturday and they could take one more day off and make it from whereever they stay during a four day period...












On third thoughts............
Isnt 18-05-10 fourth anniversary of BCMT???That way we get lot of time to plan and you to arrange for lot of moolah** for the treat

We can brave the heat and meet up at a hill station and you can sponsor the **chilled beer to beat the heat

If it is in Rajasthan, then early March is the best option, else heat would pose as a deterrent to many.

Official policy is that we do not have off line meets/trips for the anniversary. BCMTouring is an online forum and the best place to celebrate its anniversary is right here, on the forum!
