Frankly speaking they are only good if you are not going to be using your camera on a regular basis. Otherwise you get much better bang for buck with the usual batteries.

I suggest buy a charger which has the car charger adapter as well. I have one from Chemelion, which adapter for AC and Car. Very helpful to keep charging the battery while driving.

also Chemelion do have 2700 mAH batteries

Rajiv how many shots are you able to click with those and how long do they hold their charge.

they hold there charge upto 3-4 weeks. and I think roughly 100-150 pics should be the capacity, with my Olympus SP560, with LCD view all the time. But I never counted it.
