bhai i dont think thats a rainy day more like a sunny day the ladies are using the umbrella to protect them from the bright sun 
if i was gabbar i would have said bahut yarana lagta hai the other lady also has an umbrella but instead of opening it she is walking under her friends umbrella |

actually it was drizzeling..... and sun was also out.... so can see crisp shadowes...... one can experience all three weather in a day out there....... it will be quite sunny in the morning... as day progress cloud will take over u ll see good rain by evening and night will be chilly...... you can see them wearing sweaters... |
