Helmet Cams..
I don't have one but have always been interested in them.
Just wondering if anyone who may have a helmet camera would share any tips or tricks on using them.
Do you mount them on both helmet and bike? What position on the bike works well? etc.

Even if you don't use a helmet cam how are you mounting your video camera?
Cheers.

Re: Helmet Cams..
Personally I don't use a video camera, but use my digital camera to shoot videos. I mount it on a full size tripod, securely fastened in my backpack's water bottle pocket. Here is the result I get through it:

Salil on the other hand had made his own RVM cam mount, we have to explore such things because things like helmet camera/mount are not available in India.

Amazing!!
I forgot what the post was even about as I watched that, just went along for the ride.
I don't really think you could get much better results than that with a helmet cam, at least from some of the videos I have seen.
I do like the idea of bikes and video, it's pretty neat enjoying the ride through the eyes of another biker.
