Welcome to the 1st Weekly Photography Assignment, this week’s assignment is food.

What is Weekly Photography Assignment?

Every week on Friday, we will post a new Weekly Photography Assignment with an easy theme and you will have one week (till Thursday midnight) to come up with two photographs based on that theme and share it with rest of the members in this thread.

This is not a competition; it is an exercise to improve our photography and creativity. With a similar theme given to all the members, you will have to think out of the box to come with a photograph which is different from others and visually appealing and yet, based on the same theme as others!

Weekly Photography Assignment Rules:

Each member can submit up to two photographs, which are based on the specified theme.

Photographs should be captured within the assignment period i.e. do not post photographs which you had previously captured.

Please post a few details about the image, like where and how you captured it and if possible, Exif details as well.

You are free to edit image as much as you want to satisfy your creative hunger.

Members are free to comment on each other’s photographs and share a few tips on how to better capture an image, however OT posts are not permitted.

This Week’s Assignment:

This week’s assignment is Food; you are free to frame the image the way you want as long as its main theme is food.

Last date of submission is 29th January 2009 (till midnight).
