The greatest place to have crispy pranthey on Delhi Chandigarh highway.
Most attractive point is you dont get them fried or deep fried or stuffed with any sort of fat -- all they serve is white butter (desi makhan) which is great.

if im not wrong this gulshan dhaba is in Murthal?

Sukhdev Dhaba is the other one that serves nice food just Adjacent to that i hope i named it correctly

Yeah! This is in Murthal Only...This is some 45 kms from the Delhi Border in Sonepat district...
But 'Gulshan' has become so famous that so many Gulshans have come up now, that its nearly impossible to distinguish the original Gulshan from the new ones..
the new ones arent bad either

This used to be a midnight snack shack during college days...aaah those college days..
we'd ride/drive out in the middle of night to eat paranthas....those yummy paranthas..
