Zhilmil dhaba is located ~500 meters before the Karnal toll plaza on the left hand side of the road (if you are coming from Delhi). The dhaba itself is easy to spot and usually abuzz with travelers.
Service isn’t that fast (due to a lot of customers) and it isn’t as fancy looking as Haveli few hundred meters down the road, however food here is more delicious, especially the vegetarian paranthas.

Yup, if the feathers start appearing, it means that chicken had bird flu and they should have gotten a discount

jitna khaana hai khaao. if its cooked well enough to the right temperature, everything is killed. google kar lo. I know many friends who lived ONLY off chicken when surat had the bird flu
