What do I say about The Big Chill. Undoubtedly (at least in my head) serves the BEST Italian food in town.

Visit any of the three outlets (2 in Khan Market, 1 in East of Kailash) for the most sumptuous Pasta's and Lasagne's

East of Kailash : The original (First) Big Chill. About 250 m from LSR college in the direction of Nehru Place, the restaurant is located in the street immediately after the second traffic signal (after LSR)
Khan Market 1 : Located in front of the main Parking Lot (a little cramped for space)
Khan Market 2 : Located in the middle circle (loads of seating place)

Downside: No Beer

Sumeet. The location of the Big Chill at East of Kailash is changed now.

Looks like all our travel enthusiasts are not much fond of eating / dining. Hardly any activity in this section.

I wholeheartedly support that! At least for the affordable category.
Haven't eaten at the 5 stars and their 'specialty' restaurants.

While I do miss the beer, I also believe the very essence of the place will be 'compromised' the moment they start serving alcoholic beverages!

OK, another 'controversial' take: It's because the service is largely being done by people from the NE!!

Before flaming me, kindly read the article that India Today carried about a year ago on this 'strange' phenomenon at work in Delhi!
When it comes to the hospitality industry, they seem to be by far the preferred ones!

LOL! At least I am on the same side of the coin as you are on this subject. But yes, people from North East are very good in the hospitality sector - its like second nature for them to be great hosts.

Don’t know about that, but I love the way majority of the ladies from North-East India carry themselves.
