Thinking of Paranthe wala at AIIMS couldnt help but mention this one. There's this pakode wala at the intersection of sarojini nagar colony and ring road. Somewhere midway between aiims and bhikaji cama..his pakodas are the yummiest i have had..he specializes in all kinds - aloo, baingan, paneer, mirchi, onion etc etc. chutneys are no less great..Do check it out sometime..fairly cheap, around '96 and '97 they used to be all below 10 bucks a piece.

Its the famous/ultra cheap nauroji nagar pakode wala. On the northern side of ring road, as you come down flyover on bhikajicama intersection towards moolchand, at the first left, it is on the left corner.

Yup, the panner pakode are really fantastic. Though I really don't like the fact that he makes onion pakoda with a whole onion inside it!

Besides its the chuntney which does all the magic not exactly pakora's. By the way, they taste even better kept b/w two slices of bread.

True, but there is also a parking problem there and of course no place to sit.

Have been eating from here since 1980's when my grandparents use to live in sarojini nagar. its awesome and really like the onion pakoda (very spicy and its a full onion), bhis pakoda, chilly pakoda.

5 ppl can eat under 200 bucks. most of pakoras are still 4-7 bucks range.

Its called Rajdhani ke Khandani Pakode.

Have been a regular there for 2 years now. Its a usual stop while coming back from office for a evening snack.

I usually park opposite to the shop in front of the market. There is a MCD authorized parking there.
