Yet another visit 17th and 18th July 2008.
Old favourite for breakfast and bakery products. Has been there from the early days of New Kasol town.
Fresh bread rolls, chocolate brackets, delicious apple crumble, croissants in many hues, cheesecake, etc.. are the specialities. Hot breakfast of scrambled eggs and hash browns is excellent. Great pancakes too!
This place has become our regular breakfast place over the last 10 years. Standards are maintained and there is never reason for complaint.
There is seating in a hall, the garden and on an elevated veranda, 'machaan', as we have named it (up the stairs, in the photo). Depending on the weather, you choose where you want to have your meal.
Prices, as with all eating places in Kasol, are very modest.
