Here is the list of hotels and restaurants where we either stayed/had our meals.
Pang:
As far as Pang is concerned all the tents offer similar facilities at fairly same cost. Nearly @ Rs. 50/- per head, with Dormitory kind of accommodation, wherein you will be required to share the tent with others.
The lady over there told us that even if we go to any of the tent for accommodation it doesn't matter. They have a centralized system of sharing the profit earned from the accommodation. Their individual profit is through the meals they serve.
Name of the hotel was Hotel Tanglang.
Leh:
Hotel K'sar Palace.
Fort Road, Leh-Laddakh.
Pin: 194101

Rs. 400/- for double bedded room. Something weired we found here. Rooms at ground floor are cheaper than rooms at first and second floor, for no apparent reason.
This hotel has a restaurant attached with it named Monalisa restaurant, which serves decent food. Hot chocolate was good and Chicken Fried rice too.
Some restaurants where we had our meals while we were in Leh.
Chopsticks Restaurant.
Fort Road, Leh.
Those looking for something differnt can take this chance. But, beware, it can be terribly different.....

A bit on costlier side. Mo Mo and Prawn Crackers were the two dishes I liked here.
Leh View Restaurant.
Next to SBI ATM.
Good enough. Fairly priced items. Rogan Josh was good as per Kaustubh's opinion but Chicken Fried rice wasn't. Serving period is a bit on higher side at the rooftop restaurant and the waiters expect you to place almost all the order at one go, so that they are not required to move up/down frequently. The view is amazing I must say.
Tangtse:
Chang La Queen Eco Friendly Camping and Restaurant, Tangtse.

I am doubtful about whether there is network coverage at Tangtse or not, since cell number was mentioned on their card.
The food was nice and the items were really cheap. They have a buffet meal system. Accommodation at affordable price is also available.
Lamayuru:
At Lamayuru, we had our lunch while moving towards Kargil.
Hotel Niranjana, Lamayuru.

Veg Restaurant. Accommodation available. The restaurant was quite good.
Kargil:
Hotel Kargil Continental,
Near Main Market.
Ph: +91 1985 232304, +91 1985 232320.
Rs. 150/- per person. The Kashmiri cook here makes some fantastic dishes. We could not order all the dishes we wanted, but chicken prepared by him was simply amazing. We even liked Kava prepared by him.
Sonmarg:
Hotel Sunflower.
Opposite to J&K Tourism Information Centre.
Rs. 100/- per person in one room. Has attached restaurant, which is decent enough.
Udhampur:
Hotel National.
Near Dhar Road Y Junction.
Rs. 150 per person. You'll need to bargain.
But the rooms are too cramped up. Only advantage, the guy had a general stores just below the hotel, which was open till almost 1.00 am. So you can get something four yourself if you desire so.
Pathankot:
Hotel Sagar.
Opposite to Chakki Bank railway station.
Rs. 175/- per person. Rooms were good.
Chacha Rasoi.
The only restaurant we could find near our hotel.
Had three meals their. The food quality deteriorated per each visit.
Anyways, there was no option either. Fairly priced items.
