Impresive

but i doubt people will be buying stuff it seems more logical to hire them...
if anyone is planning to buy tents then the other option to explore the Wildcraft from bangalore... they sell all kind of imported adventure gear. the dome tent i saw at there store in indira nagar was from europe ... was very sturdy and wud be able to survive the harshest of winds and blizzards

Popsha I agree that hiring tents doesn?t make sense, renting is a good option unless one is planning to camp every couple of months. As for these tents, well I think they are good. Salil, Sumit, Sunil and Manik used these tents to camp at the Zoji la and Salil once again used them at his recent trip to Spiti.

Saw some really good dome tents and sleeping bags at Carabin when we visited them on Thursday. One of the two person dome tent was small and light enough to be easily carried inside saddle bag! Only problem it the cost and the fact it is not available for rent
