Fastrack, India’s leading youth fashion brand, has launched its Bikers range of sunglasses. This high-performance stylish eye wear has been specially designed keeping in mind the needs of a biker. A quality pair of eye gear is one of the most important accessories for any biker and Fastrack eye gear is the only Indian eyewear brand that caters to this segment with an exclusive collection.

Mr. Ronnie Talati, Business Head Fastrack said ‘The Fastrack ‘Bikers’ collection draws its inspiration from the spirit of biking –freedom and taking things in your stride. The collection has special features that keep in mind the demanding needs of a biker, and yet the prices have been kept very affordable,” adding, “fashion coupled with superior technical backing makes this a highly differentiated offering.”
|
Fastrack Bikers collection features over 25 unique styles, available in over 55 variants priced from Rs. 695 to Rs. 1995.
Polarized sunglasses, from the range, offer anti-glare properties for protection against glare from reflective surfaces like the road or vehicles ahead and even morning dew on plants. This ensures clearer vision while riding or engaging in sport and other activities
Wraps, from the series, surround the eyes from all sides offering maximum protection from sun rays, wind & dust and, of course, added style.
For night bikers there’s ‘Night Vision’ eye gear with amber or orange tinted lenses. These lenses improve visibility during low light conditions by reducing glare from streetlights, oncoming headlights, and other light sources. The ride becomes safer and more comfortable.
The collection also features offerings with Mag-Al (Magnesium Aluminum) frames which have higher resistance against deformation and are less likely to dent than most other metals. Magnesium aluminum is the strongest ‘marine grade’ alloy available, making it highly resistant to most forms of corrosion.
Fastrack Bikers collection would be aggressively promoted through a new TV campaign, featuring brand ambassador John Abraham.
So, here’s to no tears, for Bikers don’t cry!

There is a contest as well where the winner can go dirt biking with John Abraham. Contest

Re: Bikers don’t cry!
Wind and dust protection is offered by helmets and I think it has more to do with style maybe some UV protection.
I dont think fast track glasses are polorised which are required for riding. So such sun glasses might serve posers only rather than serve the purpose.
Riding with polorised glasses helps reduce eye fatigue considerably.
In India polorlised glasses are offered by RayBan in a select models including aviators(But even aviators cost 4 K plus),There is also poloroid offering polorised glasses in a 2K + segment.
Any suggestions on which sunglasses serve the biker the best and fit into Vega hements/any safe helmets (Read full face helmets which fit nicely on head)which can fit avitors/other glasses???
I have two sets of unpolarised 'dockers' shades gifted from someone in US of A but trust me they are pretty useless

Re: Bikers don’t cry!
I have used night vision ones for 2-3 days only, though some other brand, and it was really helpful; you can notice significant change as soon as you put it on.

Re: Bikers don’t cry!
Darthie,
fast track gives polarized powered sunglasses too. at decent rates. basic polarized is for 1400 - and a decent one. Much better than the dollar brand 800 bucks wala I bought, whose frame has come loose!!
Excellnt for night riding with HID!

Re: Bikers don’t cry!
I am also thinking of checking out the night vision one, if they work then it should be quite a boon for riding at night.

Re: Bikers don’t cry!
Quite true, glare is the biggest nuisances in night riding.
