Ceat Secura Zoom 100/90 x 18 is a tyre meant mainly for city usage and has a slightly better straight line grip than
MRF Zapper Y, especially in the wet. Though corning capabilities of this tyre is slightly worse than that of Zapper Y and goes down considerably over time. It is also slightly better at tackling off road sections than Zapper, however in snow this tyre acts like a slick, due to snow getting stuck in the grooves.
Life of this tyre is less than that of Zapper Y, though it costs slightly less as well.
Over all it's kind of ok if you are mainly planning to use it in City with a few highway runs.
