hey!!! till which month rains are more frequent in Ladakh Leh Kargil

Oh!! Is a normal Raincot with pant & windsheter ok or some special have to be purchased

Try to look for a riding jacket which is waterproof, would save you the trouble of carrying additional rain gear. Don't know about reebok, but Salil and Shamik are using Duckback ones and according them, it is pretty good.

Yogesh is Cramster Riding jacket costing Rs 5800 (New K2K) worth it. There is no doubt it gives safety while riding but can it handle the cold and chill of leh-kargil and also can it be weared during heavy rains in leh

Can't really say, but if it is wind and water proof (I guess it is), then you can always wear a sweater inside, if it gets really cold. In fact you should never buy a jacket which is made for really cold weather (minus temperature) as it would be tough to wear in normal conditions.

Dressing in layers is recommended in Ladakh, as temperature changes quite frequently.

Should i go for a Cramster K2K... isn't the cost too high for the jacket i think Cramster earning good margin.
