Should be available at good helmet shops, at least it is in Delhi. Though if you want quality product then you would have to go to a shop which deals in riding gear.

i wish balaclava was also available in cotton . coz it gets damn hot and as skin cant breath properly..in hot summers

not exactly the so called monkey cap is open from front while a balaclava is not
