I am planning to buy a TVS Apache RTR 160 and for checking the details I checked the site of TVS and found very interesting page of accessories for bike and bikers checkout for yourself....

Useless.

I have zimble riding gloves for 200 that are quite better than the TVS stuff - some 400ish for nice looking but zero protection gloves. Gear is better bought from www.cramster.in

TVS products are of ultra low quality.....

I bought a tank bag from them and within 2 months of general usage (carrying just the bike papers and my lunch box) the mesh type material that holds the magnets was torn and the magnets fell, rendering the bag almost useless. Even the magnets were not strong enough to hold the bag down on speeds in excess of 70 kmph. total waste of my money. I won't recommend it to anybody.

You are talking about glooves of 200 bucks and the glooves in this site aren't available for less then 1000 bucks... moreover other products too are extremely costly...

Also I haven't seen or checked any items of TVS so I can't comment about the quality...

I am sure CRAMSTER would be offering good quality products but their price is quite high...

bhai mere,

gloves of 200 are >>> better than the tvs ones for 370 odd.
the cramster is super proper imported stuff - decent crash worthy stuff. the ones i have are for daily commuting, good for falls at like 50-60 kph. for the impact at 100+ while touring, I have different armored gloves

and fyi, the mustang 535 bucks tank bag is much better, save the felt back that prevents scratches.

though both of these are 'tank bags' they are worlds apart in utility. While the Cramster's tank bag is a must have for teh tourers, having several liter capacity, and multiple pockets and lots of other plus'es, the TVS is only useful for carrying ur bike papers and a few small things, like may be a camera or a 2-3 magazines max.....even i feel it is quite costly, but its worth it.

I have neither used nor checked any of the products mentioned in the TVS website... Only thing is that few items are reasonably priced and If anyone is interested checkout at the local dealer...

I don't have anything against CRAMSTER... Only issue is if that they charge very high, they are bound to give better quality... So what's the big deal ?

The deal is price versus value. of a 1300 bucks thingie lasting and lasting. or mustang for that (save tank scratches).

the bigger deal is availability - cramster is online for ANYONE - talk to kj, a very nice person to correspond with. ease and good experience of ordering. try getting saddlebags made to cramster qualit in any city and you end up wastin much more time.

hence its value (lesser headache, more life, no scratches etc) over th initial price.
