Welcome to the destination section, this section is meant to share the wonderful destination that you come across while touring. While posting a thread in this section please follow these guidelines:
Thread name should be in the following format: City you started your journey from – destination ie. Delhi – Shimla
Destination: Please provide the destination name
Route: please post the route of the trip
Distance: estimated distance
Type of destination: please specify if the destination is a single day ride, weekend getaway or a long trip spanning 3 or more days.
Description: tell us what you feel about the destination
Places to visit: please list places you feel are worthy of a visit
Tips: additional information regarding the route, road condition, stopovers, petrol situation, hotels etc.
Link to trip log: if you have posted a trip log in your blog/site or in the forums then please provide a link here.
Additional link: in here you can provide a link to state tourism or other travel site related to the destination, you can also post link to maps of the route or any other additional links you feel will be of use to fellow travelers.
Please be brief while providing descriptions and also please do not use sms lingo while posting to ensure that members can easily understand what is written. And yes please do share you destinations to let other hit by travel bug know of the wonderful places that are worthy of a visit.
