This is about my all time favorite, Bike trip across the length of the country.
The route that I planned was

Bangalore - Hubli - Pune - bombay - daman - Little Rann - Palampur - Mount Abu - Jodhpur - jaisalmar - BIkenar - Amritsar - pathankot - Mc Dalhousie - Palampur - Kullu - Manali - Tatapanni - Chindi - Rampur - Peo - Kalpa - Sangla - Chitkul - rampur - Shimla - Delhi

Day 7 : Palampur to Mount Abu

Day 8 : Mount Abu stay at Jodhpur

Day 9 : Jodhpur

Day 10: jaisalmar and night at the Desert

Day 11: Jaisalmar to Bikener

Day 12: Bikener to Amritsar

Day 13: Amritsar and Waga Border. Night at PathanKot

Day 14: PathanKot - Mc Dolhousie - Palampur

Day 15: Palampur - Kullu - Manali

Day 16: Manali

Day 17: Manali - Chindi

Day 18: Kalpa - Peo

Day 19: Sangla - Chitkul - Rampur

Day 20: Rampur - Shimla -Delhi

Edit : Gosh....Prabhu, this will take some time. Can you do something regarding the size of the pics? They are very small and is not doing justice to wonderful vistas.

But we all need quite a bit of time to go through what is a kinda BIG mother trip!

Prabhu is one of those hard core tourers with trips every weekend.We will get plenty of rich travelogues from south India in days to come.
He is also one of those who puts ride plans into actions and fits into BCMT.I am a big fan of his travelogues

A trip to himalaya immediately followed by a leh ride is not very common for person with base in bangalore

Nice trip pal, it does reminds me of the J trail..... earlier done by 2 people from south - almost the same route and season.

Sure dude.. the Pics are of higher resolution, but I made the width smaller.. Guess I can increase it

That was a big story.. We planned to reach delhi from Jodhpur via Jaipur.. but then after hearing to ppl in Jodhpur we felt Jaisalmar is worth a visit.. so did the second segment in clockwise direction
