guys nav left on 30th morning from pune to blr on a Unicorn to attempt
the SaddleSore1000(miles) He came very close to completing it but
reached back pune on 31st morning 45mins late ...

The thing to note here is that he tried this on a Unicorn which in itself is highly commendable effort. Way to go man, with better wheels i am sure you'll be able to do it.

Thanks guys.

Finally after spending numerous hours pondering over which route to take, what all mods to do, etc etc, I managed to ride before the year ends.

It was one unforgettable ride. Just a few less mistakes/slightly better road between Hubli and Chitradurga and would have managed to do Pune-Bangalore-Pune in under 24hrs.

Just got free from attending pending mails. Will do a small writeup (no pics, so please excuse) on the ride.
