Yes, no doubt the lady's courage is highly appreciated. I've seen such crossover slings in parvati valley as well. Those are at quite higher altitude and they use these to transport everything from man to vegetables to other utilities. I guess there is no road on the Malana side of the parvati valley or it might be too far from those villages and they have to use these.

N BTW, please dont tease us, post the rest of the pics and the log

Frankly speaking I did not face any problem except in few places where there were a lot of mud pits. There also the problem I faced was my Bike get Skit because of the soil there is like clay.
