Thanks for this detailed and beautifullywritten log. The early morning photographs of Pangong Tso looks divine.
About Satish sleeping off on the bike, have you heard of power naps? Helps a lot in such situations. Bunny, waiting for your log now... Coming to think of it, what an adventurous year this has been on BCMT! And we still have more than 3 months left! |

That’s exactly what I was thinking a while back, BCMTians have conquered some of toughest terrains multiple times this year and from the looks of it, there is plenty more yet to come!

Excellent!
Not only well written with beautiful photos but also very educational to those that have never been to that area. Many thanks. |

Yogiraj, your detailed travelogue has many hotels and restaurants mentioned.
Would be grateful if you could possibly put some entries in the Hotels and Restaurants sections. Will help everyone a lot! ![]() If you have a pic or two of the hotels, nothing like it! |

Thanks a lot for all your comments..... and especially for your patience.....since I was a bit late to post than what I had promised.
@Anup Sir. Surely I'll add those details to the Hotels & Restaurants section right away.... Unfortunately, I have only one photograph of the hotel at Tangtse... @Bunny. Waiting for your travelogue too......

Yogiraj,
Your log is astounding. You have been generous in giving details of hotels and stuff like that. This helps fellow wanderers very much in working out travel budgets Great effort. Warm regards, Dwarak |

Stumbled upon this ....
Just a correction.... the picure posted as the way up towards Chang La ![]() is more likely to be the road leading to KhardungLa but miscaptioned.
