Day 2 Manali – Zing-zing bar.
Terrain towards rohtang, saying goodbye to tarmac
traffic jam, fog, blasting going on for four laning…..what else I needed
I was waiting in the jam for the road to be cleared , after few minutes 2 guys on a motorcycle came from opposite side, I asked them, they said bike can go , so I moved on and I encountered rocks on road, my bike got stuck in between them struggling and pushing it hard I made out of it.
ppl stuck on other side advised me not to go further, route to leh is closed etc etc, but I moved on thinking that lets see till what point I can go
at rohtang top, blasting and weather wasted a lot of time
it was very foggy till koksar after dat weather cleared up but then it was total offroad

wasted a lot of time at rohatang pass, so could not make it till sarchu. It was getting dark with baralacha la to cross I dint wanted to risk it up so I stopped in tents at zing-zing bar.
Had food and good chat with truck drivers and 2 ladakhi guys driving ford fiesta and then went to sleep.
