TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Hiring charges to be paid in advance.
2. Cash 50%/Cheque 50% of the total amount of equipment hired for security of equipment
3. Minimum hiring charges will have to be paid or per day charges whichever is more.
4. Delivery and return of equipment will be effective at our sales office in Delhi.
5. No refund of amount if the party returns the goods earlier or cancels the booking.
6. Any type of damage to equipment will be borne by the users.
7. In case of any legal dispute it will be under jurisdiction of Delhi.
