Anyone travelling from Delhi to Chandigarh . Which route is open from Delhi.

Friends I want to travel to leh this June. There is confusion which road should be best from Jaipur to Chandigarh? I want to avoid chaotic traffic and preferably bad roads. Please suggest best route. Thanks in advance.
